True Crime Internship for international students at
Studio Legale Perugi-Celoni
will take place in the conference room of the International Division in the Law
Office of Perugi-Celoni. The address is Via S. Bonaventura, 27, and is located within the city walls of Viterbo. If
Covid rules and schedules permit, students will also be able to attend legal
proceedings in the local courthouse.
will take place on Friday afternoons from 1700-1800. While there will be times
when students will have to miss a session, a commitment to those hours means
that students should plan to participate during those hours unless due to
illness, school travel or Independent Travel. The law firm might also be able
to provide additional time if circumstances merit.
The internship is
designed to help students who have little or no experience with either the law
or with the Italian language by emphasizing English as the primary language at
first, moving more and more to the use of Italian as time goes on.
certificate of completion will be issued to students who attend the majority of
the weekly sessions. With those hours completed, students will be entitled to
make their participation a legitimate part of their personal CV. More
importantly, the experience is perfectly aligned with the broader relations
between Italy and the U.S., and learning the principles in this internship will
contribute to that relationship at the grassroots level.
